Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stag Vault websites, storefront, accounts, digital products, subscriptions and related services. Please read them before buying or using Stag Vault. By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1 About Stag Vault

Stag Vault is a trading name of Homeguard Developments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17115549. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Contact: founder@stagvault.co.uk.

2 Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use Stag Vault for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. You must provide accurate information and keep your account and contact details current.

3 Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except where the law places responsibility on us. Accounts and product access are personal to the purchaser unless a product description expressly allows team or transferable use. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4 Products and order acceptance

Stag Vault sells digital products and online access services, including prompts, playbooks, guides, tools, learning pathways and related materials. The specific description, price and access period shown on the relevant product page form part of your contract.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept payment and send an order confirmation or make the product available, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, the price or description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

5 Prices payments and taxes

Prices are displayed in the stated currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. You authorise our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Payment processing is subject to the provider's terms and security checks. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6 Digital delivery

Digital products are normally delivered by download link, email, account access or another method stated on the product page. You are responsible for supplying a working email address, checking spam or junk folders, and using compatible internet access and software.

If access does not arrive or a download fails, contact founder@stagvault.co.uk with your order information. We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

7 Immediate supply and cancellation rights

If you are a consumer, the law may provide a 14-day cancellation period for a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory cancellation right may end once supply begins if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the right will be lost. We will obtain that consent and acknowledgement where required.

Separately, Stag Vault provides the voluntary refund guarantee in our Refund Policy, available at https://shop.stagvault.co.uk/policies/refund-policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms and does not reduce your statutory rights.

8 Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription, the product page and checkout will state the price, billing frequency and access included. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges to the payment method on file.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account or billing controls or by emailing founder@stagvault.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals and access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and your legal rights.

If a subscription price changes, we will give reasonable advance notice where required. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

9 Licence to use Stag Vault materials

Unless a product description says otherwise, when you buy or access Stag Vault materials we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use them for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or share the materials or your account access;

upload the materials to a public repository, membership library, file-sharing service or competing product;

copy or adapt a substantial part of the materials to create a replacement or directly competing product;

remove copyright, trade mark, attribution or rights notices;

use automated systems to scrape, extract or reproduce the service or materials at scale; or

allow another person to use a single-user licence, except where the relevant product expressly permits it.

You may use the methods, prompts and learning from the materials to create your own original work and operate your own business, provided you do not distribute the Stag Vault materials themselves or represent them as your own.

10 Artificial intelligence content and results

Some Stag Vault products help users work with artificial intelligence tools. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking facts and rights, applying professional judgement and deciding whether an output is appropriate for your purpose.

Stag Vault does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. We do not promise particular earnings, business results, audience growth or outcomes. Examples and educational materials are illustrative, and results depend on your decisions, effort, market conditions and third-party systems.

11 Acceptable use

You must not use Stag Vault to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, harass or deceive others, generate prohibited content, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, or facilitate fraud. You must comply with the terms and policies of any third-party AI, commerce, social-media or advertising platform you use.

12 Affiliate programme

Participation in the Stag Vault affiliate programme is governed by separate affiliate terms, programme rules and commission conditions. Affiliate access does not transfer ownership of Stag Vault materials. Self-referrals, misleading promotions, unlawful marketing and other prohibited conduct may result in commission rejection, reversal, suspension or termination as described in those affiliate terms.

13 Intellectual property

Stag Vault and its licensors own the websites, brand, logos, software, product designs and materials, except for content expressly identified as belonging to someone else. These terms grant only the limited use rights described above. No other rights are transferred.

If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it without payment or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
